Returning

Should you wish to return an order, please contact us first. To do so, please send an e-mail to retour@kuilnicos.nl. In your e-mail, please include your order number, order details and reason for return.

We will review your request and then send you a return form that you can fill out and send with your shipment. Return costs of a return shipment are the customer's responsibility.

Returns will be accepted only if they:

Have been approved in writing in advance;
Have been notified within 14 days of shipping date;
The order value exceeds €75 excluding VAT;
The item is a standard stock item;
The item is unused and undamaged;
The return form is filled out completely and correctly.

After your return has been processed with us, you will receive the amount due in your account within 14 days.
