This plastic sealing ring is used to mount a 24.32 connecting pin that is regularly assembled and disassembled. The plastic used for this sealing ring is delrin (P.O.M.). Delrin does not absorb moisture, is suitable for use at 200 bar and is resistant to most common engineering gases.

This plastic sealing ring is used to mount a "Mison" connecting pin that is regularly assembled and disassembled. The plastic used for this sealing ring is delrin (P.O.M.). Delrin does not absorb moisture, is suitable for use at 200 bar and is resistant to most common engineering gases. CAUTION, the "Mison" connection (1 "W) is often used with corrosive gases. Delrin rings can NOT be used for many of those corrosive gases.

A 21.8 thread is a BSP thread with a pitch of 14 passes per inch. The 21.8 l connection is used for hydrogen, formation gas, argon mixtures with a hydrogen component, mapp gas, methane (natural gas), Tetrene, butane, butadiene, butene, deuterium, ethane and ethylene, among others.

The 1/4" x 6 hose grommet is standard on most cutting torches and handles on oxygen hose. On most non-combustible gas regulators, this hose grommet fits on the outlet side of the regulator.
