The 1/8 "r thread is fitted with a hollow cone. Hose grommets H01914000 and H01914001 with a cold seal fit on this, so that 2 hoses can easily be coupled or disconnected. Threaded grommets are also often mounted in an internal thread with Teflon tape or they are glued in. A 4 mm (lilliput) hose must be mounted on the grommet with a hose clamp or with a press sleeve.
