CEWELD® 316LSi Tig biedt een goede algemene corrosiebestendigheid, vooral tegen corrosie in zure en gechloreerde omgevingen. De legering heeft een laag koolstofgehalte waardoor het vooral wordt aanbevolen wanneer er een risico is op interkristallijne corrosie. Het hogere siliciumgehalte verbetert de laseigenschappen door het dun vloeibaar maken en resulteert in een gladde naad.

Massieve lasstaven voor het TIG lassen van Duplex roestvaststaal.
Gebruikt voor pijpverbindingen en algemene fabricage in de offshore, olie- en gasindustrie en chemische procesindustrie. Ook geschikt voor het bekleden van staal om corrosiebestendige lagen te verkrijgen.
Een continue, massieve, corrosiebestendige duplexdraad voor het lassen van austenitisch-ferritische roestvaste legeringen van de types 22% Cr, 5% Ni, 3% Mo. CEWELD 2209 Duplex heeft een hoge algemene corrosiebestendigheid. In chloride- en waterstofsulfidehoudende media heeft de legering een hoge weerstand tegen interkristallijne corrosie, putcorrosie en vooral tegen spanningscorrosie.

Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chlorine and hydrogen sulfide containing environments. High Cr and Mo contents provide resistance to pitting corrosion. For joining and surface work with matching and similar austenitic steels and cast steels. Attention should be paid to the sensitivity to embrittlement of the parent metal.

UTP A 068 HH is primarily used for joining identical or similar highly heat-resistant Ni-based alloys, heat-resistant austenites and for joining heat-resistant austenitic-ferritic materials such as 2.4816 NiCr15Fe UNS N06600 2.4817 LC- NiCr15Fe UNS N10665 1.4876 X10 NiCrAlTi 32 20 UNS N08800 1.6907 X3 CrNiN 18 10. Also used for compounds with high C content 25/35 CrNi cast steel up to 1.4859 or 1.4876 for petrochemical plants with operating temperatures up to 900° C. Furthermore, UTP A 068 HH can be used for repair welding of difficult to weld steels such as heat-treatable steels or tool steels. In addition, mixed joints of austenitic and ferritic materials can be welded with elevated operating temperatures. The weld deposit is heat resistant and does not become brittle.
